Zheng Zhou Li Zhao Electric Furnace Co., Ltd. produces copper stranded wire, water-cooled cables for industrial furnaces, water-cooled compensators, flexible connectors and related electric furnace accessories — designed and built in our own plant, and shipped to steel mills, foundries and equipment makers around the world.
We are a technical company, not a trading office. Our plant runs a copper stranding line, a hollow water-cooled cable line, a wire drawing and tinning line and an arc furnace electrode tip line, and our products are in service at electric furnace plants across China and overseas.
The water-cooled cable division works on a highly automated assembly line, with engineers dedicated to cable design and manufacture. Our cables are used on medium frequency furnaces, vacuum furnaces, electric arc furnaces, submerged arc furnaces, resistance furnaces, electroslag remelting furnaces, mono and poly silicon furnaces, ingot casting furnaces, industrial silicon furnaces, sapphire growing furnaces, high-frequency power supplies, high-frequency welders and spot welders.
Customers can supply a drawing, or simply describe the requirement — we design and build non-standard water-cooled cables with single conductor cross sections from 50 to 9,000 mm² (1/0 AWG to 18,000 MCM).

We work with steel mills, foundries, ferroalloy plants and furnace builders in North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and South America. Drawings are accepted in millimetres or inches, and quotations, data sheets and test records are issued in English.
Shipping terms: EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP as required. Export packing in fumigation-free wooden cases or on pallets, marked to your instructions.

Most of what we ship replaces a part already in service. Send the worn item or photos with a few dimensions and we reproduce it — useful when the original supplier no longer supports the furnace.
Drawing, stranding, machining, assembly and testing all run in house, so urgent replacements are not waiting on subcontractors.
Drawings are checked before quotation and anything unclear is raised with you, rather than being guessed at during production.
Quotation drawings carry both mm and inches, mm² and MCM, MPa and psi — so the drawing can be read by your whole team.
Pressure, dielectric and dimensional records travel with the shipment, not on request afterwards.
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and fumigation-free packing declaration prepared for customs clearance.
