Send the short network drawing or photos of the worn part with the tube OD and wall, the bend geometry and the bolt pattern. We work in inches or millimetres and confirm every dimension before production.
Everything between the furnace transformer and the electrode arms sits in the short network. It carries tens of kiloamperes, it is cooled by water running inside the copper, and it takes radiant heat, dust and vibration all day. When a tube cracks, a contact face burns or a water passage blocks, the furnace stops.
We manufacture these parts individually or as complete sets: water-cooled busbar tubes bent to the installation, tube assemblies with brazed contact plates, drilled transition blocks, and welded water-cooled copper boxes. Contact faces are machined flat and drilled to your bolt pattern, and every water-cooled part is pressure tested before it is packed.

Short network parts are never catalogue items — the geometry belongs to your furnace. Dimensions and cooling arrangements are confirmed on the drawing before production.
Most short network parts we ship replace something already in service, often on a furnace whose original supplier no longer supports it. Send the worn part, the drawing or photos with a few measured dimensions, and we prepare a manufacturing drawing for your approval before cutting copper.
Urgent items can be prioritised — copper machining, brazing, welding and pressure testing all run in our own plant.
