A complete RFQ helps a manufacturer quote faster and reduces repeated questions. For customized water-cooled furnace cables, the most useful RFQ combines technical information with photographs or drawings.
Start with the application: Furnace type, furnace capacity, manufacturer/model, power supply, operating frequency and working current.
Then provide the cable information: Quantity, overall length, conductor cross-section and required cable type.
Next, provide terminal information: Terminal drawing, dimensions, bolt-hole pattern, flange dimensions, taper information and water connection.
Add installation information: Whether the furnace tilts, approximate movement, available space and environmental temperature.

Finally, state commercial requirements: Target quantity, delivery destination, required delivery date, packing requirements and whether a test report or inspection is required.
A strong RFQ can be written like this:
“Please quote 8 pcs water-cooled power cables for an induction furnace. Furnace capacity: __. Frequency: __. Current: __ A. Cable length: __ mm. Conductor cross-section: __ mm². Terminal drawing attached. Water connection: __. Furnace tilting: yes/no. Please confirm construction, dimensions, test requirements, lead time and packing.”
This format gives the supplier enough information to begin a technical review.
If some information is unknown, do not guess. Mark it as “to be confirmed” and provide photographs of the existing installation.
For international buyers, English drawings with dimensions in mm are particularly useful.
Zheng Zhou Li Zhao Electric Furnace Co., Ltd. welcomes drawings, photographs and existing cable samples as references for customized quotation.
